WASHINGTON D.C. APRIL 27-APRIL 30Hello 8th grade parents!
Reminder that students need to complete 10 hours of volunteer work by May 1. It is a requirement of graduation.
Below is a calendar of dates for the remaining school year involving the 8th grade students. These dates are subject to change, but as of now, they are what is planned. If you have questions, please email me:
March 12: Cap and Gown Photos (Photographer will provide cap/gown)
April 17: Semi-Formal in the gym 7:00-8:30.
April 27-April 30th Washington, D.C. Trip
May 1st: No school. (Recover from trip)
May 12: English Final exam due to Mrs. Jackson today
May 26: History Final exam
May 27: Spanish Final exam
May 28: Math Final exam
May 29: Science Final Exam (EGG DROP)
May 29: Last day of classes
June 1: Graduation Practice at the church 8:00-9:15
Caps and Gowns distributed to the graduates.
June 2: Graduation Practice at the church 8:00-9:15
June 3rd: Group Photo in cap and gown at the church at 8:00.
Practice 8:30-9:30
Final walk through at the school in cap and gown
Graduation dinner for graduates only 6:00-7:30 in the gym.
Yearbooks and Baskets will be given out this night.
June 4th Graduation Practice 8:00-9:30
June 5: Graduation Day. Be at the lower church by 6:00pm. Graduation mass
and ceremony begin promptly at 6:30pm in the upper curch.
